We are the data controller for the processing described below.

1) What we collect

We collect information in three ways: you provide it, it’s collected automatically, or we receive it from third parties.

a) Information you provide

  • Account details: name, email, password.

  • Orders: billing details, shipping address (if physical goods), email, phone, purchased items.

  • Payment details: processed by our payment providers; we receive only limited info such as the last 4 digits of the card, payment status, and transaction IDs.

  • Support: messages, attachments, and any details you share when contacting us.

  • Licensing/serials: for digital products, we generate and store license or serial numbers. If redemption with a third-party instrument/vendor is needed, we may share the serial number and your email so activation works.

b) Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, time on site, referring URLs.

  • Cookies and similar tech: see Cookies section.

c) Information from third parties

  • Payment processors (e.g., card and local payment methods) send us payment confirmations and anti-fraud signals.

  • E-commerce/hosting platform: we use Wix.com Ltd. to host and operate our store. Wix processes your data on our behalf (as our processor).

  • Email and analytics providers: for newsletters, transactional emails, and site metrics.

2) Why we use your data and legal bases (GDPR)

We process your data for the following purposes and under these legal bases:

  • To provide the shop and fulfill your order: create your account, process payments, deliver products, issue serial numbers, provide downloads, handle returns.
    Legal basis: Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)).

  • To communicate with you: order updates, support, service notices.
    Legal basis: Contract performance; Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

  • To send marketing: newsletters, new releases, promotions.
    Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) or legitimate interests where permitted. You can unsubscribe anytime.

  • To secure our services and prevent fraud/abuse.
    Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

  • To comply with law: tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
    Legal basis: Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

  • Analytics to improve the site and products.
    Legal basis: Consent for non-essential cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)) and legitimate interests for aggregated/essential reporting (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3) Sharing your data

We share your data only with:

  • Service providers/Processors: hosting (Wix), payment processing, email delivery, customer support, analytics, cloud storage, license/serial management. They may only process your data per our instructions.

  • Payment providers: to take payments and prevent fraud.

  • Instrument/vendor partners (for serial redemption): if a product requires activation with a third-party account/app, we may share your email and the license/serial needed for activation.

  • Authorities or legal advisors: where required by law or to defend legal claims.

  • Business transfers: if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

4) International transfers

Some processors may be located outside the EEA. Where transfers occur, we use lawful safeguards such as European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, and where applicable rely on adequacy decisions.

5) Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Orders and invoices: up to 7 years to meet tax/legal obligations.

  • Account data: until you delete your account or after 24 months of inactivity, unless we must keep it longer for legal reasons.

  • Support tickets: typically 24 months from last interaction.

  • Marketing data: until you withdraw consent or we prune inactive subscribers.

  • Licenses/serials: retained for as long as needed to support entitlement, anti-fraud checks, and re-downloads.

6) Your rights (EU/EEA)

You have the right to:

  • Access your data and get a copy.

  • Rectify inaccurate data.

  • Erase your data in certain cases.

  • Restrict or object to processing.

  • Data portability.

  • Withdraw consent at any time (doesn’t affect past processing).

7) Security

  • If activation with a third-party app/vendor is required, redemption is subject to that vendor’s terms and privacy notice.

  • We may track download counts, IP addresses, and device info to prevent abuse and enable re-downloads.

12) Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us to request deletion.

13) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We’ll post the new version with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or site notice.
