Refund Policy

We follow EU/NL consumer rules. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
1) Cooling-off period for physical goods
Consumers in the EEA can withdraw from distance contracts for 14 days after delivery without giving a reason.

Return the item within 14 days of notifying us, unused and in original packaging.

Refunds cover the product price and the least expensive standard shipping we offered at purchase. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Condition rules: handle items only as necessary to check them.

Sealed audio/media (e.g., vinyl): the right of withdrawal does not apply once unsealed, unless the item is defective.
2) Digital products and serial numbers
For digital content delivered electronically, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply after:

you received immediate access and
-
you consented to losing the right of withdrawal once the download/activation starts.
At checkout we ask for this consent. If you want the 14-day period, do not download or activate the product.
If something doesn’t work
If a download is corrupted or a serial/activation fails:

We’ll assist with troubleshooting and can re-issue links/serials.

If we cannot resolve a purchase-blocking defect within [7] days of your support request, we’ll refund the order.
3) Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Your statutory legal guarantee under EU/NL law applies.
4) How refunds are issued
Refunds go to the original payment method within [5–10] business days after we approve the return/issue. Bank processing times vary.
5) Exchanges
We replace items only if defective or damaged, subject to stock availability.
